Trump: Iran May No Longer Have a Nuclear Program — Israel Used 'Great American Equipment

Former U.S. President Donald Trump said it's unclear whether Iran still has a nuclear program following Israel’s massive strike, adding that Israel used “great American equipment” in the attack.

In a phone interview with Reuters, Trump said that nuclear talks scheduled with Iran for Sunday are still planned, but he was not certain if they would take place.

Speaking to Fox News, Axios, and ABC, Trump emphasized that “it’s not too late for Iran to make a deal”, claiming he tried to save the country from “humiliation and death.”

He described the Israeli attack as “a very harsh blow” to Iran and warned that “more is coming.”

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu confirmed in a recorded message that his government informed the U.S. beforehand. “They knew about the operation,” he said, adding, “What happens next is up to President Trump. He decides independently.”

Is Iran’s Nuclear Program Finished?

The Israeli assault reportedly targeted nuclear facilities, senior commanders, and scientists in Iran, leading to speculation that Tehran’s nuclear capabilities may have been crippled or even completely dismantled.

Trump told Truth Social: “There is still time to stop this carnage, but the upcoming strikes are already planned — and will be even more brutal.”

He concluded by saying, “Iran must act now and save what was once known as the Persian Empire.”
