Naval Forces Commander Nakhai Stresses Discipline and Combat Readiness in Aden
The Commander of the Naval Forces and Coastal Defense, Lieutenant General Abdullah Salem Al-Nakhai, emphasized the importance of military discipline and enhancing the technical and combat readiness of naval units during his address to naval personnel at their headquarters in Aden.
Al-Nakhai highlighted the need for advanced training and development in line with modern military technologies, pointing out the current reality requires high readiness to confront ongoing challenges.
He stated that improving efficiency is crucial during the current battle to restore the state and end the coup, as the country faces significant historical challenges against the Houthi terrorist militias.
The Commander reaffirmed the high preparedness of all naval formations and their readiness to carry out missions assigned by political and military leadership.
He also acknowledged the critical support provided by the Arab Coalition, led by Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, in strengthening the capabilities of the armed forces.
Additionally, Al-Nakhai conducted an inspection visit to the ship repair workshop and naval base dock in Aden, ensuring the readiness of naval boats to execute military operations as per the Ministry of Defense’s plans. He also examined the preparedness of fiber boats and participated in a sea tour to confirm their technical readiness.
