Yemeni National Army Downs Houthi Drone in Hajjah Province
The Yemeni National Army announced that the 7th Presidential Protection Brigade successfully downed a drone belonging to the Houthi group in Hajjah Province, located in the northwest of Yemen.
In an official statement, the army explained that the incident took place on Sunday, when the forces managed to shoot down the drone while it was flying over their positions in the Haran district. The statement confirmed that the drone was being used for reconnaissance purposes, noting that its downing reflects the high vigilance of the army in facing Houthi threats.
This event occurs amid rising military tensions between the Yemeni National Army and the Houthi group, further complicating the humanitarian situation across the country.
