Was Gaddafi Right? Former Yemeni Minister Predicts Dark Future for the Arab World
Former Yemeni Transport Minister Saleh al-Jabwani has issued a stark warning about the future of the Arab world, claiming that the predictions once made by Libya’s late leader Muammar Gaddafi are now unfolding before our eyes.
In a post on social media, al-Jabwani quoted Gaddafi:
“America will create revolutions for you, destroy your armies, burn your countries, steal your wealth, and turn you into slaves for the Zionists. A day will come when Palestine is sold, and people will claim it was never yours.”
He added:
“Today, the train of death has arrived—whistled by Zionists, fueled by America, and running on Arab gold.”
Al-Jabwani warned that with Iran weakened, the real blow will soon be directed at Arab countries:
“Whether Iran falls or not, it doesn’t matter. The real defeat awaits us. Once Iran’s role is over, the sword will turn on us.”
He even suggested that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu could become “the new Caesar of the Middle East,” drafting constitutions, appointing leaders, and ruling from afar.
The former minister predicted that Arab wealth will return to the West, while the elite will be left with symbolic debit cards, and ordinary citizens will face humiliation, poverty, and the collapse of moral and social structures.
“We are heading for collective slaughter. The Arab human may go extinct,” he concluded.
"What is happening in Yemen? What caused the war? And who ignited it?
