Yemeni Defense Minister Meets with Libyan Ambassador in Aden
The Yemeni Minister of Defense, Lieutenant General Mohsen Mohammed Al-Daeri, met today, Sunday, in the temporary capital, Aden, with the Libyan Ambassador to Yemen, Idris Ahmed Boubekir, according to the Media Center of the Armed Forces.
During the meeting, the Defense Minister emphasized the importance of the historical bilateral relations and fraternal ties that unite the two peoples and nations, highlighting the need to enhance joint cooperation in various fields.
Lieutenant General Al-Daeri appreciated Libya's steadfast position in supporting Yemen and its leadership, represented by the Presidential Leadership Council and the government, considering it a testament to the strong relations between the two countries.
For his part, the Libyan Ambassador reaffirmed his country's support for Yemen and its legitimate leadership, expressing Libya's commitment to strengthening cooperation between the two brotherly nations.
