Houthis Announce the Death of Four Officers in Clashes with Yemeni Army
The Houthi group announced today the death of four of its officers during clashes with the Yemeni army forces, according to the group's official news agency, "SABA."

The agency reported that an official funeral ceremony was held in the capital, Sana'a, for the four officers who held military ranks. The deceased were identified as:

  1. Major Sultan Abdullah Al-Mahdi,
  2. Captain Mohammed Naji Al-Farja,
  3. First Lieutenant Yahya Maniq Muqbil Al-Waeli,
  4. Sergeant Ahmed Yahya Al-Shami.
The agency described the officers as having died in what it called "battles of dignity and honor" but did not disclose the exact location of the clashes.

This development comes amidst an escalation in military operations across several Yemeni regions, coinciding with ongoing international efforts to push the warring parties toward political de-escalation. Meanwhile, the prolonged war continues to exacerbate a deepening humanitarian crisis, heavily burdening the civilian population.
