Islah Party Leader Reveals Critical Details About Houthi Operations in the Red Sea and Tensions with Israel
A prominent leader of the Islah Party, Abdu Salim, has revealed significant information regarding Houthi military operations in the Red Sea and the mutual attacks between the Houthis and Israel in recent months.

In a brief article, Salim stated that the American aircraft carrier, reportedly used for military operations in the region, operates from an area beyond the maritime demarcation line between Yemen and Djibouti. Specifically, it is stationed 10 kilometers north of Bab al-Mandeb, within artillery range of Houthi positions. He added that cameras, known as “Images,” installed on the carrier and nearby lighthouses constantly monitor the movements of Houthi militants.

Salim noted that Houthi forces could easily target this aircraft carrier instead of launching long-range missiles at Haifa, Israel, which are often intercepted by Israeli defense systems or rendered ineffective due to the distance. He argued that the primary aim of these missile attacks is to generate local propaganda rather than achieve substantial military results.

According to Salim, the complex scenario orchestrated by the Houthis requires deep strategic and philosophical analysis to comprehend its dimensions and motives. He emphasized that traditional political interpretations fall short in explaining the intricacies of this conflict and called for the insights of strategists and thinkers.

Additionally, Salim condemned the targeting of power stations in Sana’a and Hodeidah and other vital facilities in Yemen by American and foreign airstrikes. At the same time, he strongly criticized the Houthi provocations against international maritime security in the Red Sea and their attacks on foreign vessels. He described these actions as attempts to provoke foreign military intervention in Yemen
