Yemeni Army Downs Houthi Drone and Repels Attacks in Multiple Fronts
The Yemeni Army successfully shot down a Houthi drone today, Thursday, that was flying west of Taiz city. The unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) was hovering over military positions in the Al-Dabab area before being brought down.

A military source confirmed the successful interception, adding that the army also thwarted a Houthi attempt to infiltrate the Al-Kurayfat front in the eastern part of the city, forcing the attackers to retreat.

In a related development, the army's forces in the "Thura" front in the Loder district, north of Abyan, engaged in combat with Houthi militants who launched drone attacks targeting military sites. The army retaliated by shelling drone launch sites, resulting in significant losses to Houthi forces in both equipment and casualties.

Two soldiers were injured by a drone strike in the Thura front, and were promptly transferred to the Loder hospital for treatment.

It is worth noting that the previous day, the Yemeni Army's air defenses downed a Houthi offensive drone in the northwest of Marib. The drone was targeted as it was heading towards military sites in the Al-Kasara front.

Additionally, the army shot down another Houthi drone in the Haran district in the Hajja Governorate
