Trump Administration to Deport 558 Yemeni Migrants as Part of Crackdown on Illegal Immigration
The administration of newly elected President Donald Trump has approved the deportation of over 500 Yemeni migrants as part of its strict measures against illegal immigration. According to reports from platforms focused on Yemeni affairs in the U.S., U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has issued lists detailing the deportation of 1,445,549 migrants, with 558 Yemenis among those targeted for removal.
This operation is part of a larger initiative by President Trump to enforce deportations of undocumented migrants across the United States, making it one of the largest deportation actions involving nearly 1.5 million individuals from around the world.
Yesterday, Trump stated that he would sign an executive order "directing the Departments of Defense and Homeland Security to begin preparing a migrant facility at Guantanamo to house 30,000 of the worst criminal illegal immigrants who threaten the American people."
